What happens at your first visit
- Ask for an appointment. Book a time on this website, call, or send a WhatsApp message. The doctor’s team will tell you when to come.
- Bring your reports. X-rays, MRI or CT scans, old reports and your medicines list. A family member can come too.
- Talk to the doctor. He checks you, explains the problem in simple words, and discusses treatment options with you. You will be asked about your symptoms and daily activities, and your X-rays will be reviewed. Further tests may be advised. Options, including non-surgical ones, and their benefits and risks are discussed before any decision.
An enquiry is not a confirmed appointment until the clinic replies to you.
What to bring
Bring everything you have, even if it seems old. It helps the doctor see the whole story.
- All X-rays, MRI and CT scans, as films and as reports
- Biopsy or histopathology reports, if you have any
- Previous operation notes, implant details and discharge summaries
- Recent blood tests and other health reports
- A list of your current medicines and allergies
Questions you may want to ask
- What do you think is causing my problem?
- Which tests do I need, and why?
- What are my options, including those without surgery?
- What are the benefits and the risks of each option?
- What would recovery involve, and how long might it take?
It can help to write your questions down, and to bring a family member who can listen with you.
