The enquiry form
When you use the enquiry form, your name, phone number, contact preference, area of interest, preferred day and optional note are sent to the practice’s clinic management system. Only authorised staff of the practice can see them. The practice uses them to reply to you and to arrange your appointment. If you later attend the clinic, they may be added to your patient record. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a robot, is sending it.
Booking an appointment
When you request a time on the booking page, we receive the day and time you chose, your name, phone number, how you would like to be contacted, what the visit is about, and any short note you add. We also record the page you arrived on and, if you came from an advertisement or a link with campaign details, which one, so the clinic can see which information helps patients find it. This is kept in your browser only for the current visit and is sent only when you send a request. Nothing is placed in the web address. A request is not a confirmed appointment until the clinic contacts you.
Please do not send sensitive medical details
Do not include medical history, test results, or images in the form or in your first message. Share these during your consultation.
Calls and WhatsApp
If you call or message the practice, your number and the content of your message are handled by your telecom provider and WhatsApp under their own policies.
Maps
The map on the home page is a Google Map. It loads from Google when you scroll down to it, and Google’s own privacy rules apply to it.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not use advertising pixels. If the practice switches on anonymous visit statistics (Google Analytics), a notice will ask for your permission first, and nothing is measured unless you choose “Allow analytics”. We never send your name, phone number, health details or appointment details to Google or to any advertising service. Your enquiry itself stays in the practice’s clinic system. The text font is served from this website, not from Google Fonts.
Where information is stored
This website is hosted by Hostinger. Enquiries are processed and stored by the practice’s clinic system, which runs on Cloudflare’s infrastructure and is only available to authorised staff.
